Prashant K Anvekar is a graduate Electrical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai & Masters in Business Administration with over 30 years of experience across various functions in vertically integrated private power utilities in Mumbai viz. Tata Power, BSES Ltd (now Adani Electricity) and in airport regulatory management function of Mumbai Airport. Worked in Energy & Utilities Consulting in Infosys Ltd. and in power distribution & regulatory management function of Hirco an ITES SEZ with a power distribution license. In 2013, started power sector consulting venture providing advisory service in technical, financial, regulatory, contractual and commercial domain in the power sector.
Executed from concept to commissioning, providing Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, Technical, Financial, and Project Management advisory services for Renewable Energy projects (Wind and Solar PV with BESS) totaling over 650 MW in Maharashtra and Karnataka for NTT Data’s data center operations in India.
Shashikant Sharma
Shashikant Sharma is a senior professional with 40+ years of experience in the power utility sector. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, MS in Quality Management, and MA in Hindu Studies, integrating technical expertise with management and philosophical insight.
He is an ISO Lead Auditor for Quality, Environment, Energy, CSR, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, a Certified Energy Manager (NPC), PFC-accredited Power Trainer, QCI-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and MSME-approved ZED Consultant.
As a Lead Auditor, he has successfully conducted certification audits for organizations including NTPC Limited and several others.
He received Quality training at AOTS in Japan and also underwent power sector training in the United States, gaining international exposure to global best practices.
He serves as Principal Trustee of IPEC Education Trust, contributing to initiatives in quality excellence, education, and organizational transformation.
