Prashant K Anvekar

Prashant K Anvekar is a graduate Electrical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai & Masters in Business Administration with over 30 years of experience across various functions in vertically integrated private power utilities in Mumbai viz. Tata Power, BSES Ltd (now Adani Electricity) and in airport regulatory management function of Mumbai Airport. Worked in Energy & Utilities Consulting in Infosys Ltd. and in power distribution & regulatory management function of Hirco an ITES SEZ with a power distribution license. In 2013, started power sector consulting venture providing advisory service in technical, financial, regulatory, contractual and commercial domain in the power sector.

Executed from concept to commissioning, providing Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, Technical, Financial, and Project Management advisory services for Renewable Energy projects (Wind and Solar PV with BESS) totaling over 650 MW in Maharashtra and Karnataka for NTT Data’s data center operations in India.

Mangesh D. Nagle

After gaining valuable experience with a leading automobile company, Mangesh D. Nagle joined his family business specializing in the manufacturing of centrifugal switches. As a keen and continuous learner, he pursued advanced training in Quality Control through Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS Japan), facilitated by AOTS Alumni Association of Western India (AAAWI). He further strengthened his expertise by completing a certification in the Toyota Production System conducted by National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL).

With a strong commitment to implementing these world-class methodologies, Mr. Nagle has steadily evolved into a trainer in Lean Manufacturing. He has successfully conducted several training programs across India and internationally, sharing practical insights drawn from real-world applications.

He also served as Treasurer of AOTS Alumni Association of Western India for three years, contributing actively to industry-academia collaboration and knowledge exchange initiatives.

As a Partner at Pragati Switchgears, he has effectively implemented Lean and quality practices on the shop floor at Vasai. His facility has become a model learning center, regularly visited by college students and Japanese business delegations exploring MSME excellence in India.
